1. About HYETOS
HYETOS produces handmade rain instruments in Greece. Each instrument is unique and crafted to order.
2. Orders & Availability
Information about availability and pricing is provided on request via email. Orders are confirmed only after written agreement on price, delivery time and shipping.
3. Handmade nature
Each HYETOS is handmade and may exhibit minor variations in finish, grain and colour compared to product photos. These are inherent to the artisanal process and not defects.
4. Shipping & Risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Shipping methods and costs are confirmed case-by-case based on destination.
5. Care & Warranty
Our support covers manufacturing issues only. Please follow the care guidelines on our “Care & Use” section. Damage caused by misuse (dropping, impact, water exposure, opening the instrument, etc.) is not covered.
6. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, audio, design) on this site is the property of HYETOS or its licensors and protected under copyright law. No reproduction without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYETOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
